The sign-in email didn't arrive

Check your spam or junk folder for a message from noreply@ranout.app. Each email also has a sign-in code you can type into the app. The link and the code expire after 15 minutes, so request a new one if it's been longer.

How do I share a list with my household?

Open the household's member list in the app, tap Invite and share the code. The other person signs in and enters the code to join. Each code works once, so make a new one for each person.

How do I leave a household?

Open the household's member list and choose Leave Household. If you own it, you pick the new owner, and the list stays with them. If you are the only member, the household is deleted.

How do I delete my account?

Open Settings in the app and choose Delete Account. See the privacy policy for what is removed.
